Delivery to the UK
- The delivery of orders within the UK with a value of more than £150 is free.
- All orders for delivery to mainland UK are shipped Royal Mail First Class.
- Due to courier restrictions, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Delivery outside the UK
- Delivery for orders outside the UK with a value of more than £200 is free.
- For shipping costs please use the shipping calculator avaiable on checkout
- Please note that products might be held at customs and you may be liable to additional import duties. We use Royal Mail International Standard for all orders shipped outside the UK. We can provide tracked shipping options at additional cost. Please contact us at email@example.com.

Using a different delivery address
If you want us to deliver your parcel to a different address than your billing address, please give us an alternative address – for example, your work address.
Contacting us regarding your order
If you have any specific queries regarding your order and its delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to help. Please note our office hours are 9am to 5pm GMT, Monday to Friday (excluding UK bank holidays).
If you would like to return a product bought at hirschtailoring.com (other than bespoke garments or cloth lengths that were custom-cut on order) for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.
We will give you a full refund or exchange the item. We do not refund the original postage and packaging charge, but if you just want us to exchange the item then we will not charge additional postage for the replacement.
Please note that postage charges for returning goods back to us are your responsibility, and we strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.
How to return or exchange an order
If you wish to return an order, please complete and enclose the returns form indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
If you no longer have the returns form, just send us a brief note with your name, address, postcode and contact number. Make sure you tell us whether you would like an exchange or refund. It would also be helpful if you could tell us why you are returning the item so that we can improve our service.
Postage charges for returning goods are your responsibility, and we strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.
If you are returning goods from outside of the UK, ensure that the parcel and any paperwork attached to it are clearly marked as “returned goods”. This will avoid your parcel being held by local customs and possibly incurring duties which we do not pay and therefore, may result in the package being returned to you.
We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during very busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we cannot stop the payer from finding out.
